Could have gone either way. YSU was on tonight. We should all keep in mind like Jeter keeps saying, we've got a big target on our backs. For most of the HL, playing UWM is like playing in the Big Dance specially at home.
Now let's suck it up and get ready to boost the black and gold to victory at Loyola!

well, any loss here on out could all but knock us out of at-large consideration... especially a loss to a 300 RPI bottom feeder. we can maybe sustain one more road loss to a more respected team that keeps us in the RPI game, but that's about it. this game is huge. we have to take care of business and get that W. the BB implications are big. we need a big win on national tv. the always reliable Mejia has us winning 87-71. i'll take that for sure. while i think we will win, i'd bet on closer to a 8 point victory. can't wait to sit in front of my computer for another 2 hours  ! Nice call! Panthers win by 8. |

Congrats on the win tonight. You guys showed why you are the best team in the league. YSU keeps fighting and scarpping. If we can get any kind of inside game for next year, we might have some fun for a change. Good luck the rest of the way.

I think if we win at Loyola that that puts us as very very very heavy favorites to win the conference...VERY HEAVY

Just got back from BW3s - wings, beer and Panthers ( free WiFi), it doesn't get much better than that. Overall, pretty much what I expected, UWM needs to learn how to put teams away. What can be said, that already hasn't - Hill, man that guy is clutch!! I almost had a heart attack when Avery took it to the rim w/ under a minute and preceded to miss both free throws, but he is young and will learn to bring it out to burn more clock. Man could YSU shoot, it is nice to see that in the next few years they will no longer be the laughing stock of the HL.
