...I realize coach Weber is an alumnus of UWM and thought you might like this. With the adversity the Weber family has gone through with the loss of their mother a week ago I thought it was a great story that coach Weber's brother David, the head coach of Glenbrook North High School won the class AA Illinois State basketball title.
I just love it when good things happen to good people.

agreed...Coach Weber is a classy individual.....and along with Golda Meier (Sp?) he is one of our more prominent alums....

I have nothing but respect for that man. He was incredibly underrated at Southern Illinois and I'm glad to see he's getting the kind of recognition up there with the Roy Williams' and Tubby Smith's of the world. He's earned it.

I have never met Coach Weber but am please to know he is a UWM grad. Sorry his mom died.
Also I believe, Augustine's dad, Jerry, pitched for the Milwaukee Brewers.
I still want UWM to beat the IL.
(Also Alan Kulwicki graduated Mechincal Engineering at UWM. )
