UWM played excellent today and not for a minute did I feel UIC had control of the game. We made them play our style of ball wiht our tempo...This could have been a 20 pt game had we not turned it over so much and actually made FT's but I suppose that is part of the game. UIC could try to stop one person but surely not two and TODAY we had three guys all with 23 or more pts....We were clicking today and if we keep improving like this we surely will make some noise come March....
Once again Jimmy Colllins refuses the handshake. Go figure, classless pile of dogsh*t

Nice atmosphere at the Cell today. Great team effort by the Panthers.

You know its funny, we talk about this all the time and it really is a joke. Sure he didnt shake his hand, I wouldnt either. But last year they didnt either after UIC won at the Pav, well I guess bruce was kicked out. But then in the championship he didnt either. And sure you could say cause the crowed rushed the floor, but Farmer stuck around to shake Collins and all the UIC players had in Cleveland when I rushed the floor. So enough of this sh*t, they hate each other and always will. The winning coach will act like the good guy the losing coach will be a sore loser happens all the time. So get off this high horse your on.
Good game, I but I figured you would win this game, you have the better team this year, but still I was surprised how bad UWM played on their home court I figured they win by 20+ and have the subs in. Just goes to show Banks is still an explosive player.

Come on Spike that is a terrible post...You are surprised by how bad they played. They forced UIC to play our tempo and we dominated the game from beginning to end minus the on elittle two minute spurt UIC had..Thats about all they are goood for anyway....
UWM played an excellent game, they outrebounded UIC, had more assists, steals, blocks, shot a better percentage and had three different guys all score over 23 pts...What game were you watching....
They outhustled UIC in every aspect of the game and covered the spread Vegas put on it so by those standards they played better than expected and came out iwht yet another double digit victory....We are better this year and we were better last year and the year before that, hence the three straight HL regular season titles (Which is the real indication of a strong team over the long haul).....UIC is on there way down, just go down with grace

I have no problem with the lose or the bad season but if im not mistaken you were posting how you would win by twenty. Well you had your starters in there till the end so the game was never really over. Sure it was a complete win but for a team that beat us at the Pav by 8 and then at home by 10 it really doesnt make me think this team is all that great. In all honesty you should have killed us tonight the press was not very good. However it did produce in the second half. I believe the stats in the first half had UIC with 9 TO and UWM with 10. UIC scored 15 points of the turnovers while UWM scored 0. The second have was the really killer, UWM started out hot then got out played, but in the end Bruce out coached Jimmy in the second half. Like a said before good game.

It was a good game and I do agree that Bruce outcoached Jimmy again......Nonetheless an 8pt road win and a 10pt home win is just fine with me....What more do you expect from them, I mean they won by double digits....They did not even play real well with turning it over which they dont do very often and they still beat you by 10...
That does not say much for the UIC program....You thikn we are not that good, but if we are averaging beating you by 9 pts and are 17 or 18-5 we must be doing something right

Blah Blah Blah. UWM didn't beat our next to last in the conference team by enough, so we are going to pretend that it doesn't matter we lost twice to UWM. Typical UIC attitude. Collins is a cheater that is the truth. He always will be, and no matter how much the UIC fans hate him, he will one day lead a team to a national championship. Collins will not. 'Nough said.

Who cares what team he leads to a championship (if it happens) because it will not be UWM. Geez, you guys love this guy so much, I'm starting to wonder if you stand in line for Bruce teabags before games....

Hawaii fan here. I was watching the game on ESPN2 and have to say good win. The other team couldnt seem to put the ball in the basket, even when it was a dunk. Well, Hawaii won today @sjsu and you won today, so i'm hoping that means ESPN will pick up our bracket buster matchup on national tv.

Big D,
I'm sorry your team doesn't have any support for your coach the way we do. Oh wait I'm not sorry, your team sucks and so does your coach. Good luck gaining any respect with a coach that flips off the crowd. What an ass.

How many games are left? And how many games really matter right now? About 2, UWM can claim they won this and that, but it all comes down to the HL Tourny Championship. Collins has won 2 Pearl 1. I think I feel good enough to say that this game ment sh*t. Maybe not to you guys since it pumps up that ego more and more. But it makes me happy cause its going to be even better when rubbing it in when you fail. Well it looks like the rest of the teams in the HL are trying to give us a first round by so all we'll see what happens. But have your night, cause this game really does not hurt as much as it should, hell you guys had first place already we all knew that coming in. See you when the game really matters in march. Later!

You UIC fans have the absolute worst motto. All I ever read from you sorry bastards in a losing season is blah blah blah, it doesn't matter until the HL tourney. Great F'n motto. Let's just be lazy for the whole season and do jacksh*t, then just play hard for a couple games in the end of the season, maybe get lucky, and brag about that one win forever. Next year just let the guys take the first 5 months off and relax, and come into the HL tourney with a 0-20 record...because apparently nothing matters but those last few wins. At least losing every game in the year would make a loss to Parkside not seem as bad?
Maybe Collin's told Armond to try this philosophy out in his classes...don't bother going to classes, because the only thing that matters is the Final Exam.
You guys are a serious joke trying to justify your team's losses with excuses!

All I ever read from you sorry bastards in a losing season is blah blah blah, it doesn't matter until the HL tourney....because apparently nothing matters but those last few wins. You act like we have losing seasons often....we're not even having a losing season this year...we're right at .500. And I hate to break it to you but your quote above is very, very true....such is life for a mid-major program. All that really counts are the tourney games.....because unless you beat a couple big teams or unless you can avoid any "bad" losses, you can forget about getting to the NCAAs...

.500 may not be a losing season, but it's certainly not justification of a winning one either! Plus, UIC has not been at .500 for the whole season.

Just for the fun of it here are both teams records since being added into the league.
UWM 138-168 below .500 UIC 169-146 above .500
So who really knows more about being under .500, looks like UWM. who while they have had a good last three years cant even match up to what UIC has done in the past. But BigD is right what matters in this league is the HL Tourny not who wins the confrence cause you did that last year and what did it bring? A trip to the NIT! LOL
