I think that UWM is going to end up playing a Big 10 team on the road. The 3 teams that come to mind are Northwestern, Iowa and Purdue. As much as I would like to see Pearl going back to Iowa, I think we are going to end up playing Purdue. UWM will find out Sunday @ 8:00.

Northwestern is out of the picture. Lost to Michigan State tonight to fall below .500. Can't goto a tournament.
I still say UWM will be in an "opening" round game ... not a "first" round game ... against another mid-major (IUPUI, Creighton, Western Mich. or Toledo come to mind).

My mistake..................Northwestern is a game under .500, I thought they were a game over. So, to take a quote from Major League, "Just cross them off the list then ;D.

Print out an NIT bracket here (yes, they do have brackets for NIT now ... not just pairing teams up after each round): www.sportsline.com/collegebasketball/mayhem/brackets/printable_nitHere's hoping for a home game (likely in the opening round) ... IUPUI or Toledo could be likely candidates. UWM likely wouldn't be able to host a game next weekend, should it advance, due to the NCAA tournament in town. So this will probably be the best chance to host. Road game at Notre Dame, Purdue, Michigan, Iowa or Iowa State wouldn't be so bad, though.
