Can't see it, but is Faizon padding his stats like Giannis last year and purposely missing?!

Learic’s defense on Lampman is fire.

Had a chance to put them away, and couldn’t convert. Tie game now. 30 seconds.

What was BJ on that possession. They needed to get a shot there

Don't like Pratt settling for a long pull up 3 there. Need to drive and pressure the rim. The kickout will be there too. Oh well. At least we didn't shoot with 13 seconds left again and give Oakland a chance at the buzzer to win.

Tough loss, but great game. Fun to watch. Too bad we didn’t execute better at the end of regulation, but we played well, and more importantly, defense played great. Did Lampman and Goelke hit a combined 13 3’s? Yes, but they also shot it 34 times. I’ll take that any day. Especially when we hold them to 91 points and 38% shooting in a double OT game.
I think the offense struggled today, but if the defense plays like this we will be very very hard to beat.

In reality, this game shows that the difference between the top of the conference and 8th or 9th in the conference is quite small. Milwaukee lost to Oakland by 5 and 4 points this year, and under Lundy, we usually win the close ones.
I’m still curious why BJ was benched for so long in the 2nd half. I noticed that immediately before going in, Lundy seemed to give him a stern talking to. I hope he’s not a clubhouse cancer. He seemed to be a great team player in the first half, going for the assists more than the points. It does seem obvious that the leadership from last years team is sorely missing.
I fear that this result is going to linger into the PFW game this week. That becomes a big game; with the HL tournament setup, there is not a huge difference between 5th and 8th in the tournament, but there is a huge difference between 8th and 9th. Getting a win at PFW would be huge toward getting either a home tournament game or even a bye in the tournament.

No defense and ball stopping on offense every single time. The fact bart had him bringing it up in both overtimes was insane. Should have left him on the bench. Lots of those made 3s were because freeman literally doesnt bring any effort to the defensive side of the ball. Hell he damn near walked up with a minute left in double OT. Bart rolling out the same 5 for both overtimes is also hilarious the guy seems to forget he can coach at the end of the halfs and end of games. Total shambolic loss and ruined a good KP game, by letting 10 freeze KP and Pratt out of the offense so he can try to be the guy that wins it. Well he was the guy that lost it tonight.

Players who played and not was totally weird.
Ham had a energy filled 7 minutes in the 1st half. Never played in the 2nd half or the overtime.
BJ sat for about 8 minutes of game action in the 2nd half. Played rest of the way. Was he hurt? Or Lundy was pissed? If he was pissed why was in when the game was on the line.
L.Davis, I don't believe played in the 1st half. Yet, played 11 key minutes late in the 2nd half.
EJ didn't play much at all in the 2nd half and overtimes.

I thought he was pretty good on offense tonight. Last game, there was a lot of criticism about him being a selfish player. I saw the opposite of that tonight. That’s the kind of basketball I love seeing. I didn’t follow him much on defense, though, so if he was doing nothing on defense, I didn’t really notice it. I thought the defense overall played pretty well tonight, holding Oakland (the team that scored 100 on us in regulation earlier this year) to 68 in regulation.
I will also say that I think KP is probably the most valuable player on the team right now. He can score a lot, but I’m more impressed with him running for and diving for loose balls. We are going to need that a lot with Duffy out.

If hes not making 3s hes a net negative right now.
