Totally understand the fact that people are paying $100 ($6.50 per game) compared to my $265 ($18 per game) but it is what it is. It happens at every sporting event (Bucks, Brewers, Admirals, etc). That’s not a UWM problem in my opinion.
Would I be a little more upset if I was paying $60 per game for a courtside seat? Probably. But personally, Id rather people come down by the 200’s than stay up in the 300s. I think we shouldn’t even sell seats in the 300’s if I’m being honest. I remember when the admirals were at the Bradley Center and stopped letting people sit in the upper deck. Made the atmosphere so much better.
I definitely agree on losing some value with season tickets at the KC. A benefit of having season tickets is knowing my seat is always there. General admission makes me insane. Especially because so many good seats there are wasted because of people spacing out and making you feel obligated to just keep going higher up.

I hear they might be getten rid of the $99 pass. I agree with Barry, Panthers tickets are steal. Yes, I also hate the KC. It’s not about the price the 500 or whatever isn’t a big deal to me it’s about the lack of value and seemingly zero interest in garnering any positive value for the most loyal fans. Take price out of the debate.

Take price out of the debate. Out of curiosity… what sort of value would you like to see added? The ticket exchange is a pretty nice value. I do agree that they could have kept the discount they used to have at the merch store and a season ticket holder gift. That was always a nice touch. But like anything in life… you get what you pay for. Less than $20 per game to watch good games (outside of some non-conference games which is more a mid major problem than a Milwaukee problem. Im actually impressed we got some decent games against Southern Miss, Longwood and Chattanooga). Just curious because I know that Joe checks the board. Might be worthwhile to offer up suggestions on ways to improve that he can consider for next year.

Ill do the schools job for them though here. 1. Ability to come to a closed practice not just the open practice. Maybe tier this to what level of tickets one buys 2. Discounted add on tickets for when someone wants to come with to a game. Plenty of seats available at every game. 3. Some sort of discount at the merch store whether its a one time use code to get some merch or a permanent discount of lesser value.
4. Some actual good merch. I was wanting to buy my buddy's new kid a onesie or even a f***ing bib, NOPE. Just the same Tshirts from last season it seemed all pretty boring and not cool. We all remember Merchgate from last season dont we? sh*t came looking nothing like what was sold. 5.Better communication as a whole from the program to the STHers. I reached out to get a tour of the OHOW center and literally got no response over the summer, cause my check cleared already so who cares right? 6. Freshen up the ingame experience. More stats provided on the side scoreboards and ALWAYS have the other teams numbers on the jumbo, but certainly when they run numbers only. I know someone posted they were on there tonight but that would be the first time. 7. NO MORE KCENTER GAMES VS D1 TEAMS!!!!!! If we really must why are people in the 100 level not getting reserved seats in the first two rows behind the bench?
8. Replays on the jumbo, whats the point of the giant nice jumbotron if we dont use it to the level we can. 9. and most important BRING BACK THE FULL COURT PUTT

In defense of the athletic department, they do let season seat holders buy extra tickets at a discount. I bought a few as Christmas gifts this year and they were something like $10 apiece (the lowest ticket on the UWM website for todays game was $19, and the lowest ticket price for any UWMPA game this year is $13, I think)

A seat that is NEVER been sat in this year and I know for a fact is a single open seat between STH. Cost me more then the listed amount on my paper ticket

Not sure why you were charged the single game price, but I just updated the order and refunded the difference. One of the season ticket member benefits is paying the reduced per game price on any additional tickets and I've trained our staff on that. Regarding the OHOW tours, we did give those long after the initial period when we took sign ups. I just looked back through my emails and saw that I never responded to your inquiry. That's on me and I'm happy to give a tour whenever it's convenient for you.

I will say it's a shame the Panther Pit or Hardwood Club - whatever it's called these days - is just a bar. It used to be a cool spot for season ticket holders with complimentary snacks and such. It was fun taking guests in there because it seemed exclusive. That is one value piece that is missed from the season tickets.
The program also needs to do a better job of scheduling non-conference games. We need to get some recognizable teams in the Arena. That will help with crowds and elevate the program if we win games like that.

They could do a lot more in terms of adding "value pieces" to the stakeholder experience.
