The Crew's win was one of three extra innings games played today as of this writing. The Blue Jays beat the Yankees in NYC, and the Phillies beat the Braves in Philadelphia.
Lots of close games so far today, a fair number with low scores, though St Louis beat Cincinnati 11-7 in St. Louis, and KC won at home against Texas 14-10.

The sample size is too small to make any conclusions, but it would be nice if Yelich and Huira would soon start looking like their pre-2020 selves at the plate.

Looks like Brewers are getting back a couple of option-able pitchers. One is ranked 14th in the Braves minor league system for pitchers. While I am sad Orlando is gone, I feel he had plenty of enough time to prove his skills at the plate.

While I am sad Orlando is gone, I feel he had plenty of enough time to prove his skills at the plate. Orlando was optioned to the Braves' alternate site, and the Brewers get two pitchers who are highly thought of. The ultimate value of the deal depends on the performances of the players involved, but at first glance it appears the Brewers might be doing better out of the deal.

Nelson Cruz ... Khris Davis ... Zach Davies/Trent Graham ... Orlando Arcia???
I hope that we don't someday regret the last deal like we do the first three. Time will tell. In Stearns and Arnold I continue to trust.
I will miss Orlando's happy-go-lucky presence and big-game clutch hitting.
