I’m hoping the Panthers can run away with the game in the first half (as they should do against a D-3 opponent) so we can see a bit more of what we have with the players at the end of the rotation (Henderson, Bingham, Mitchell, and Arthur-Williams, in particular) and to give players like Roy, Thomas, Lucas, and Allen who saw the lion’s share of the minutes in the 2nd half and overtime Sunday a little extra rest.

Well the first few minutes have gone exactly how i'd want them too. Hopefully we continue this and get some of the young guys lots of playing time.

36-9 at the under 8 timeout. We'll likely get to 100 late in the game

The Panthers are up 36-9, so they’re doing what they should be doing tonight. All eligible scholarship players have seen the floor in the first 12 and a half minutes.
It’s hard to take much from a game against a D3 team, but this is going a lot better than Concordia.

14-0 early. This should be a30 plus beating 30? We should beat this team by 60! God bless Wisconsin Lutheran College, but here's hoping that we put an end to these non-D1 games!

It’s an unfortunate reality of mid major basketball. It does seem like the Panthers stopped scheduling D-2 programs in favor of D-3 programs after the unpleasantness against Concordia St. Paul a few years back. It would seem to make more sense to schedule a 2nd exhibition like they once did against a WLC or Concordia and then replace this regular season game with a buy game on the road. For the most part, there D3 and NAIA games are essentially exhibitions anyways.

If I remember right, their team consisted of something like 2 basketballl players, a team manager, a soccer player, and maybe a football player. Despite losing by 79, Mount Senario has the game’s leading scorer.

Usually, these teams have a couple of guys who can put the ball in the basket.
