Regardless of scandal, openly trashing prospective recruits is highly stupid Give us your tired, your poor ... those passed over by Kennesaw State.

That's not trashing prospects, Jimmy. That's being truthful. Look at Darius Roy's other options on verbal commits. What this program needs now is honesty and transparency. Let's be real here!

More of a cumulative think I think.....saw a post by a recruit saying how they were blessed to receiver an offer and then a response saying no, you are really cursed is what it means....prior to that posting that we were now rummaging in the recruitment remainder bins

Some of you guys on the board act as if we were getting 4star and 5star recruits who've held offers from power 5 programs since 2006. Then are mum when we land two 3 star recruits (Mitchell and Lucas) in the same recruiting class. Who did Brock Stull hold offers from before signing? Or how about Bryce Nze? Or Jordan Aaron or James Haarsma or any other OVERLOOKED prospect that has come to Milwaukee and ended up starring for the program. Let these young men come and play before you judge them or call them someone else's tired and poor. Because Malcom Moore was "someone's tired and poor" and he ended up being a key piece to our tournament run a few years back.

Brock Stull had no other Division I offers. Cody Wichmann had no other Division I offers. Brett Prahl had no other Division I offers. Dylan Page had no other Division I offers. That's not a complete list. I haven't been impressed from the scraps I've been able to find on Darius Roy, but I'm not going to just assume he's crap because he didn't have other options.

I didn't use Nze as an example in my post because he's like Kyle Kelm, his injuries hurt him going into recruiting. But Duffy Conroy saw something in Brock Stull that no one else saw. Rob Jeter saw something in Dylan Page that no one else saw.

We've also been excited for the supposed "high major kids": Shaq Boga, Tyrone Young, Kevin Johnson, Tim Flowers, Roman Gentry, Jayquan McCloud, BRAD CARROLL etc. and as you can tell by the list, they didn't really work out either. I'll judge them at the end of their careers not by some recruiting service on twitter.

I was just pointing out the fact that we don't NEED high major recruits with a multiple power 5 offers to have a team that can make a run to the tournament.

What nonsense. Nobody has singled out ANY of PB/notBP’s recruits for criticism. They will stand or fall on their own merits, subject unfortunately to the ever present ill winds that blow around the Pavilion. But the plain truth is that we ARE shopping the recruiting remainder bin when we literally have to restock more than HALF the roster in April, and do it in a foundering program in a floundering league no less. Sure, it’s possible some of these kids will turn out to be good players. But you are really, really challenging the odds when you are in this situation.
And let’s not forget the other side of the recruiting equation: the ability of the coaches doing the recruiting to identify talent (and it’s actually more complicated than that because in our situation at this time of the year you have to find the proverbial cubic zirconium in the rough) — and then develop that talent. That was something Rob, Chad et al were exceptional at. At this point we literally don’t have a clue whether PB/notBP has those chops at all. There is utterly no track record to go on.
So spare us the righteous indignation.

Guessing Te'Jon Lucas and Jake Wright are remainder bin recruits as well? 🤷🏾♂️ Who knew? Still avoiding talking about the signings of our top recruits because you'd actually have to give credit to the current coaching staff? Lmao some of you guys on the board are very laughable. Love the negativity though, continues to give us real supporters a chance to highlight the positive.

Our record since our AD flushed the program down the toilet, alienated our biggest donors and so disgusted our fan base that we now average substantially fewer than 1,000 actual fans per game is 27-41 -- that's a .397 winning percentage -- and our latest new coach just lost our three best players. Basically, it's the Ray Swetalla/Ric Cobb era back in full glory.
