It would be interesting to hear what the non-caucasian players at Green Bay during Bollant's tenure have to say about how he treated them. There weren't a lot of them, so far as I remember.
The rosters at Green Bay have tended not to have a lot of non-caucasian players going back to Borseth's first run as coach; I don't know if that tendancy goes back as far as Borseth's precedessor, Carol Hammerle.
However, the same observation could be made about the make up of a lot of Horizon League rosters, to a greater or lesser extent. I have no idea whether or not that is attributable to the type of players that mid-major programs can usually recruit successfully, or to other factors. In recent years, the rosters league-wide have gotten more diverse than they used to be.
