No support? They increased the resources devoted to academic success, and the APR is back where it needs to be for tournament eligibility. If that doesn't qualify as supporting the program, what does?

I think he's talking about the fact that paperwork wasn't filed on certain players who went pro in sports, therefore they counted against the APR score and caused the ban.
