At what point does Panoske get relegated to coming off the bench? I hate bashing a kid, but he really brings nothing to the table. Can't rebound and shoots too many perimeter shots. He needs to work on his post game otherwise Prahl, Wichmann and Trinson should be getting all of his minutes. I would first need to know how many minutes he actually played. From the boxscore, it appears as if he was hardly in the game. But yes, the young man does tend to linger at the 3-point line.

Fouled out in 15 minutes. Was definitely too slow of foot to play any decent defense without fouling.

I don't think he brings nothing to the table given that he's third on the team in made 2pt-FG's, shoots well from both 3pt range and the FT line, and is our leading shot blocker despite playing only 20 minutes a game. The culprit seems to be inconsistency and stark ebbs and flows in his game. After all, this is a guy whose resume includes 5pts, 6 boards, and 2 blocks in only 8 minutes against 2-seed Villanova, and 13pts, 6 boards, 3 blocks against Wisconsin. Admittedly, I was hoping this year would be the year JJ made a significant developmental leap similar to the leaps we've seen from Anthony Hill and Kyle Kelm in the past. Its early in the season yet, but so far I've been disappointed.

A Badger buddy told me we were rolling. What happened? Did your buddy tell you their football team was rolling also??? Turns out he was busting my chops. We were down 17-4 and never really in the game. But I don't expect the Wisconsin game to be the 50-point blowout he projects. I think it will be something along the lines of this last one: Wisconsin 81, Milwaukee 57

I sure wish we had a big, athletic three point/free throw shooter who could help us equalize in situations like that. Amen to that! This is not a complete team. Oh, well.

As a team we can't space out other teams, with no real constant 3pt threat, like Austin, they can collapse and then settle for jump shots.
It was good to see the fight in this team as always, but we couldnt close in that gap that the 1st half provided.
