I'd be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Justin Lettenberger and Ryan Haggerty. There should be an unsung hero category!

Here are some names that could fall into the category Justin Lettenberger James Wright Kalombo Kadima Jason McCoy Derrick Ford Mark Pancratz Mark Briggs Deon Edmonds Jason Averkamp Ryan Haggerty Mitch Roelke Allan Hanson Nick Hansen Marcus Skinner Deion James

Paul GREAT LIST!!! Have to make only one edit...Chris Hill over Cyrus Caldwell. Some really outstanding players on that list. Has been a great sometimes frustrating but great ride. Now it is all about moving forward!!! AND stability in the AD dept...Steve Player 1 stats: GP-GS Min/Avg FG-FGA Pct 3FG-FGA Pct FT-FTA Pct OR-DR TotR Avg Ast TO Blk Stl Pts/Avg 116-71 2773/23.9 221-554 .399 72-238 .303 240-329 .729 73-218 291 2.5 304 201 7 120 754/6.5 Player 2 stats: GP-GS Min/Avg FG-FGA Pct 3FG-FGA Pct FT-FTA Pct OR-DR TotR Avg Ast TO Blk Stl Pts/Avg 82-76 2766/33.7 269-762 .353 75-240 .312 128-202 .633 27-196 223 2.7 333 242 9 98 741/9.0 Player 1 is Chris Hill, player 2 is Cyrus Caldwell. Chris played in 4 seasons, 3 of those on teams that made the postseason. So he benefits from being able to play in more games for better squads. Cyrus played in 3 seasons (he wasn't an academic qualifier his freshman year of 95-96 so he was unable to play) on some pretty bad Panther squads. If Chris gets the benefit of being on some of the best Panthers teams in program history, it's not really fair to penalize Cyrus for being on some of the worst Panthers teams in program history. The stats indicate two very similar players but it took Chris four seasons to accumulate what Cyrus accomplished in three seasons.

You'll lose every time.

Incredibly, we've now been back in D-1 for 30 years, though I recall our return like it was yesterday! Which five players would you add ... and does anyone get bumped? I would suggest that Matt Tiby must be added to the all-time team.

OK, I think that we'll add Tiby, Johnson, Springs, Arians and Panoske to the list and roll with that.

Antrim's detailed description of his philosophy seems to anticipate Bruce Pearl by a few years.

With next season marking the 31st anniversary of Milwaukee's return to Division 1, Derick Kelly and I have taken the liberty of assembling a 30-man 30th anniversary team. Something to debate this offseason. Enjoy! Point guardMarc Mitchell, 1991-93 Jordy Johnson, 2015-16 Kaylon Williams, 2010-12 Ricky Franklin, 2006-10 Ronnie Jones, 1999-2003 Cyrus Caldwell, 1996-99 Shooting guardVon McDade, 1990-91 Ed McCants, 2003-05 Boo Davis, 2004-06 Jordan Aaron, 2012-14 Avery Smith, 2005-07, 08-09 Akeem Springs, 2014-16 Jason Frederick, 1999-2003 Darius Roy, 2018-20 Small forwardClay Tucker, 1999-2003 Shannon Smith, 1994-96 Tony Meier, 2008-12 Austin Arians, 2012-14, 15-16 Ryan Allen, 2010-12 Power forwardJoah Tucker, 2003-06 Craig Greene, 1989-93 Dylan Page, 2000-04 Matt Tiby, 2013-16 Michael Hughes, 1993-94 Roderick Johnson, 1995-97 CenterAdrian Tigert, 2001-06 Chad Angeli, 1997-2001 Anthony Hill, 2007-11 Kyle Kelm, 2010-14 J.J. Panoske, 2012-16 Others considered: Jeremiah Bell, Tone Boyle, Randy Doss, Derek Durham, Pat Easterlin, James Eayrs, Shaun Fountain, Chris Hill, Te'Jon Lucas, Pat McCabe, Steve McWhorter, Bryce Nze, Paige Paulsen, Ray Perine, Joe Schultz and Brock Stull. I was just ruminating about the abject lack of quality players here since 2016 -- with apologies to Te'Jon, Darius, J.T. and J.B. -- and how something has to change here soon! After all, players really are the lifeblood of a program.
