Rob Jeter, Jenius.
Milwaukee coach as long as he wants, and perhaps rightfully so.
Best week of his life

I think some of us may be surprised by the seed we will get. I suspect it will be higher than some of us think because:
1) The HL has a solid history in the Big Dance 2) We won our last two games on the road in their gyms 3) The Committee knows we lost four in row when Jordan was suspended and will take that into account.
I could be wrong on this it's just a feeling but I think we'll be a 15 maybe even a 14.

We arrived in Phoenix for the last 12 or so minutes of the game, but were back and forth between the TV at the sports bar and baggage claim and we were not able to get Internet connectivity or cell phone reception on the plane.
Oh. My. God.
What happened to the team that lost by 22 at home to UIC on Senior Night.
For the record, the Panthers have now posted the sixth-most single-season wins in program history.
I love all you guys!

Wow...just wow...
Got to be part of the viewing party at Goolsbys and was glad I went. So proud to have covered this team this season and so happy to see them dancing again!
For me, just making it back in the Tournament is worth it.
But...HEY, HARD WORK DON'T STOP!!!

Tiby is entitled to act any way that he wants. I loved him when I first saw him on 11/8/2013 down at the Gentile Center, and I love him still.
I'm glad you have great affection for him.. and anyone is entitled to acting like a classless fool if they choose to. Even his teammates and coaches were urging him to stop and go to the other end of the floor. Obviously he should have been expecting the foul...additionally, the ESPN guys said it was an over reaction. Probably like mine right now is That's all.
Matt Tiby is among the most passionate, hardest-working, invested players in college basketball. Sorry that your grapes are so sour. In fact, it's high time that you de-sour. Can you de-sour?

I thought we were pretty respectful, especially at the end. I stopped at the court rush to console one of the baseline mop kids who was crying.

The bus is absolutely quiet right now. Nobody on here has energy left. Today was a full day. Definitely different than coming home from GB when we couldn't stop being giddy.
It was the suits.

It was the suits. Sent from my SCH-R970 using proboards I agree. I was at Goolsby's and glad I went. The place was going bonkers for much of the game. Perhaps I missed it with all the cheering but I don't recall the play by play guys mentioning the suits. They talked about boxing out and tight defense, well designed plays and great drives to hoop. Personally I think they should be fired for not giving the suits the credit we all know they richly deserved!

Rob Jeter is the Coach of the Year in the Horizon League. Three wins short of the all-time record for single-season turnaround in Division 1, he might just be National Coach of the Year.
Did I just type that?
Here's a subjective list of the best seasons in the program's post-1990 history (and yes, I've seen every one of them, but contrary to popular belief I wasn't around for the unbeaten 16-0 season of 1940-41):
1, 2004-05 -- 26-6 (NCAA) 2, 2005-06 -- 22-9 (NCAA) 3, 2002-03 -- 24-8 (NCAA) 4, 2013-14 -- 21-13 (NCAA, still in progress) 5, 2003-04 -- 20-11 (NIT) 6, 2010-11 -- 19-14 (NIT) 7, 1992-93 -- 23-4 8, 2011-12 -- 20-14 (CBI) 9, 2009-10 -- 20-14 10, 1991-92 -- 20-8

remember when we were sitting in Klotsche watching Randolph play, talking about how Kyle Kelm was going to take us back to the dance
it didn't go quite as expected, but IT HAPPENED!!!
