Let's go Citizens! (Looking at you 'Holic) You're a City fan? I thought you weren't into cheats. PS - Soccer is great but if you have no idea what's going on then yeah, anything can be boring.

Yeah - I don’t know the rules. It seems like a lot of luck is involved - because it seems players run around and waste a lot of time and do dumb things like lose the ball - and can do all kinds of things trying to set up a score - and then someone flubs it up and they miss a shot or kick the ball to the wrong place / team. Then - the chances of scoring seem to be just about as good to have a weird, fluke play that results in a goal as to have some well thought out strategy that results in a score. I just find it very uninteresting - I think largely due to the lack of precision. I’ve got thousands of ways I’d prefer to spend time (and money) than watching soccer. I’m 56. Maybe that has something to do with it. All I know is - I find it very boring and will not waste my time watching any of it. Most people I know feel the same way. Supposedly people in the US are going to start liking it some day - but I can’t imagine why.

Seeing as we don't have much of a football program it's fun to have the feeling of a football game at uwm even if its soccer.
