Im sorry but duct tape? Come on guys. If I am paying for seats I want the same spot each game. First, would it be so hard to put numbers on the bleachers? This would eliminate the need for chairs and would give assigned spots. Then for tickets, for those that pay (or if everyone pays whatever) you have a bundle of pre-printed tickets, like what Madison does, for the whole season with your row and seat number.
If you have to pay to get in as a student than everyone gets an assigned spot. Those that choose to not and pay on a game to game basis then you fill in behind the 'sold' section. I would think putting chair where this group starts would be a nice way to define this point.
While I was at first in favor of making students pay, after seeing some posts here and some more thought I think it would not be the best idea to do this for the next few years until the demand is really there.

Yup...never said they didnt have seat in the student section. Also, I would never say never, 4 years ago we had usually 30 or 40 students at most games. I think it was usually 30 or 40, I was usually far more intoxicated at those games than I am at games now.

We're not Madison. No way would ticket sales make up for what would be lost to the AD without the segregated fee.

Teddy, misunderstood you.
Holic, I mean UWM will never have the demand to pay for tickets.
