Marquette's always a step ahead of everyone else in the state; good soccer players will play on the same club team (i.e.) Brookfield, FC Milwaukee etc., the same ODP team, and thus, the same high school team. Why not go to the school that won 10 straight state championships? Having Bob will be great for UWM. However, is he still coaching MUHS as well I wonder?

No, he definitely cannot under NCAA rules. I agree, great pick for UWM.

Does anyone know how many scholarships the soccer team is allowed? I guess another reason why people don't want to play at marquette is because the tuition is so high there.

There was an artice on that very topic in the UWM Post this past week. I would assume the rules are the same across the board for all schools. It said soccer fell into a group where there were 9.9 full scholarships to divide up. It was to be allocated however the coach determined. Hope that helps.

Is that what we can give or is what everyone can give?
