I think there should be two times where during a timeout we get to do the MILWAUKEE-PANTHERS chant, instead of having any other thing during the timeout. It doesn't have to be the whole timeout, but just leave enough time (without any music, a video or the band playing) before resuming play that we can start the chant. I think it should be once in the 1st half and once in the 2nd half.
I really like this chant and think it could be something that can become our own tradition to get the whole crowd involved and excited.

Sort of off topic, but I had an idea for a hand sign similar to the Texas "horns," Miami's "U" and Oregon's... uhhh... vagina. Basically, you take your right hand and have it facing outward with all four fingers together, but the thumb extended so that it resembles the state of Wisconsin. Then with your left index finger, point to where Milwaukee would be on the map (at the base of the thumb bone, slightly above the wrist). A pro wrestling tag team called the Motor City Machine Guns does a similar gesture (with the thumb next to the rest of the hand, to resemble the lower part of Michigan). L-AME!! That makes the "Pounce Mode" look like pure genious...

Its not like our school has a unique identity or mascot to draw ideas from, but not too many people live in a state that can be mapped out by ones hands, so why not take advantage of it? It may not be the greatest idea I ever had, but I never claimed it (or any of my other ideas) to be "genious" or even good for that matter. By all means though, let me know when you think of something better

How about doing the M gesture that Man vs. Food host Adam Richman does? Look it up if you need to know what that is.
Also, especially for the UW game, I'm all for getting the whole Cell crowd to do the MILWAUKEE/PANTHERS chant at the start of the game until the Panthers score their first basket.

Two better ones right there. If Wisconsin's a hand, it's one that got mangled in a tragic warehouse accident.

I'm all for taking the pointer fingers on each hand pointed away with the thumbs touching at a diagonal. Looks like a W to you, but an M to anyone looking.
Otherwise, you can tuck the pointer finger under the thumb and drop the middle, ring and pinky fingers to make an M.

BTW, during the UIC game, the "Chris Harris" Chant as UIC was shooting free throws was excellent. I had a good laugh out of that

Time to get creative, boys and girls. Our players will see this firsthand on Saturday.

for as much as we get people that want to start things, chants dances, and etc, sorry but i will still be ther first to say it, until we can get more then 20 students that attend games regually trying to do any of that kind of stuff will not work....
and as we have seen if there isnt a free giveaway students will not show up to a game this year so far. I have been disappointed yet again with our students and their lack of pride for their school for now the 6 or 7th year in a row. For all the good we heard about the soccer crowds and volleyball crowds and all that it sure as sh*t has not made one damn bit of difference save for the free t shirt giveaway at the Loyola game, have yet to be impressed with any student turnout other then that game and the reason they came out then was due to a free giveaway.
Sorry guy but get students to show up before we try to roll out grand ideas on dances and stuff like that because if i am not mistaken there were way more then 20 students in that section in the video above.
Sorry don't mean to belittle those that are showing up for the games now but until we are getting a crowd of more then the first 3 rows in the student section any grand plans are going to fall on their face. Cant start tradition without any participants, something that we have been saying for years on here.
