She was to put it in nicely...hammered.
She tried telling me she wasn't drinking, and when I told her exactly what alcohol she had been drinking (Jack Daniels, her breath was saturated with it), she said "f*** you" and pushed me away.
No, the cops needed to take that stupid b**** away.

Just a note from the Alums. You guys were fantastic and we were thrilled by the student turnout and enthusiasm. Yeah, it was a tough result, but I hope we sold a few thousand students on how much fun Panther games can be. Those of you who have spent years leading that charge -- Thank You!!!!

If we get half that number to come to games regularly we can A) inflate the Cell's attendance numbers and volume, and B) cultivate a substantial fanbase for quite some time.

It was a tremendous site to behold last night --- some 3,000, gold-clad students packed into 1/4 of the arena. In fact, I'd wager that was the single largest student section the Panthers have ever seen. I don't recall the sellouts wrapping the corners like they did last night. Bravo!
Now the trick is to come back and get organized. If we sold even half of them on coming back for more next year, last night was a success.

HUGE props to the students and especially those that organized. Heard it looked great on tv and it was incredible the way it took up the whole end of the arena and oozed outwards....this was actually a bigger student turnout than any of the previous HL championship games including under BP...it can be done... we are back

Heard it looked great on tv Not looked, sounded. I caught some of the ESPNU replay, and there were times during the second-half comeback that ESPN had to cut back on the mics because the place sounded like it was being hit by a tornado. It was amazing.

i went to the D-1 State Championship (what a friggin game!) and saw some pretty good stuff
the first is pretty simple...de pere had every girl scream their heads off right before JMM's players shot...i was on the opposite side from their section and it was pretty piercing...i haven't seen JMM's normal FT percentages, but they missed quite a few
they also did a couple moves that would take a lot of coordination a jumping wave and a crazy swimming type arm motion
i think the first might be easier to accomplish than the second or the third...just figured i'd share

Here's how you get them back.
Make a You Tube video of that chant. Next year when the Chancellor sends out an email to the students about the game, have him include a link.
No one who sees our students jumping up and down like that will not want to be a part of it.

Anything is worth a try. I like the e-mails to the students, pump those home dates in their heads!
