Enjoy tuition payments.
In all seriousness, I hope he sees the floor and doesn't just play Buzz's Token.

Congratulations to Marquette and Buzz Williams on putting together a fine non-conference schedule. The slate's only duds from a year ago are Winthrop (222), LSU (227), Mt. St. Mary's (230) and Norfolk State (270). Eight of the team's 13 games will likely be against postseason teams from a year ago. This is a vast turnaround from the previous regime. www.jsonline.com/sports/goldeneagles/125671213.html

It will help them in the long run. Testing yourself in November and December pays dividends in March. Good for them, they manned up this year. Hopefully they can keep it going in the coming years.

LSU, has to be better this year. MU, didn't schedule Norfolk State. They are apart of the Paradise Jam. Winthrop, who MU opens with in the Virgin Island, has been to 9 of 13 ncaa toury's.

Marquette got a serviceable big man to commit? Is this real life? Is this gonna be forever?

Steve Taylor is now ranked #65 by ESPN. One spot ahead of J.P. Tokoto. Meanwhile, Sam Dekker checks in at #27. Well, well. I had some people here waxing incredulous when I told them almost a year ago that Dekker was the better recruit as compared to Tokoto. Some of you whippersnappers need to learn that the old dude knows his basketball.
