So does this mean you have to pay to see the Panthers play now?

Great job Jimmy! Should be required reading for all current and incoming students. Hell, it should be required reading for all alumni, too.

Ok i'll bite, congrats Jimmy on your graduation and farewell post. You've been the worthiest of adversaries over the years. Your commentary on the importance of a school loving you back and feeling the sense of belonging was very good. Good luck in your future!

Great stuff, Jimmy. I started at UWM in 1972. In all that time, there has never been a more devoted, enthusiastic student leader that I can remember. Students (and soon to be graduates) like you make me proud of our University! By the way, while I didn't start at UWM with the idea of transferring to Madison, I actually did so at the start of my junior year. Came back to Milwaukee the next semester. It's just cooler by the lake.

Like Fran I also began at UWM in 1972 and more importantly echo his sentiments all the way. Jimmy, can not thank you enough for your enthusiasm and dedication. You are simply the best and wish we could clone you!! You deserve to be very proud of yourself. Anytime you need any advice, want to bounce an idea off of an "elder statesman" or want some help with anything drop me a separate e-mail : steven.king@cna.com

Great article Jimmy. Makes me rekindle the pride in UWM. I'm glad I read this article on the same day I'm wearing my Milwaukee Panther apparel at my home office in Madison.

I apologize for sealining. Didn't know where else to share this. Jimmy is 1000x the Panther fan I will ever hope to be. But I did want to explain why I (or victorpanther) left the board. Maybe I'll return once the temperature is more conducive to expressing an opinion without getting bloodied by people who cannot be challenged, can do or say no wrong.. www.milwaukeepanthertracks.com/2024/03/change-of-pace-and-format-and-plea-for.htmlPS: I know for some that read what I wrote, I come off as a selfish, sensitive prick who cannot handle online hostility. Maybe they are right. All I do know is that I LOVE MILWAUKEE PANTHER BASKETBALL and I LOVE ALL YOU PANTHER FANS who are with me watching this team bounce SO back, potentially en route to the Big Dance. go panthers.

Come on back. We could use some positive energy on here going into the semis. It’s a GREAT time to be a Panther fan. I’ve been a fan since 03’ and posting on here since 09’. During that time there has always been some negativity here and there. Who cares. Who hasn’t drawn the ire of sir Elton John at least once? We can’t all be rainbows and sunshine. The firing of Jeter really split the fan base, and what was worse his replacement’s weren’t good. One downright sucked. That’s the past. Today, we have a great coach. What an impressive turnaround the past two years have been. Let’s all rally behind this team, and what they have/can accomplish.

Hey, we are all in this for the entertainment value. Being a sports fan is a great escape from the daily grind. Or at least it should be.
Focus on the good stuff here on the message board. A respectful debate over legitimate arguable issues is usually good stuff. Move on from the bad stuff. Keep it fun and you'll never want to leave again!
By the way, if you "provoked" me, no ill will was intended. I don't know what it was, but if it came off as offensive, I apologize. I try my best to support positions with facts and examples without making it personal. I try to limit disagreement to the issues, not the individuals, and any razzing to to those I think wouldn't mind a friendly little give and take.
Go Panthers!
