Waters name added to Miami candidate list according to the Miami Herald: Other names mentioned as potential candidates are Mike Davis (UAB), Mike Jarvis (FAU), Frank Martin (Kansas State), Billy Kennedy (Murray State), [shadow=red,left,300]Gary Waters (Cleveland State)[/shadow], and Donnie Jones (UCF) but none of them has been contacted by UM as of Friday. Some trustees have lobbied for Virginia Tech's Seth Greenberg, but they have not had any formal talks. Any team relying on Pogue to be more than average is in trouble, I dont expect them to finish higher than 4th in the conference.

I thought Pogue really improved by the end of last year. I would not underestimate him. After Holman, Brown and Smith he's probably the best returning big in the league.

Well, no one else is saying it, so I will.
I consider Norris Cole to be the best player in Cleveland State history (better than Franklin Edwards, better than Mouse McFadden) and one of the best in the history of the conference (since 1993-94, at the very least).
He won't be as easily replaced as some apparently imagine.

No doubt they will, just like Butler will miss Mack and Howard (another two of the best ever in the HL), Milwaukee will miss Ant Hill (best big man in the league last year), and Valpo will miss Wood. But those teams are still going to be pretty damn good this year because of everyone they are bringing back. This is a good league, with real depth.

According to a tweet from Mark Miller Junior Lomomba from Madison Memorial has committed to Cleveland State.

Lomomba, Darnell Harris and Charles Lee -- quite the Wisconsin contingent in the last two classes (although Lee and Harris ended up at "prep" schools). You'd think a coach in Ohio wouldn't have to go so far for players.

I think Lomomba is a great player. This is a good grad for CSU.
