Lewis almost HAS to be favored in this game, right? If not, I'll take that bet all day...

Maybe it's time for Jimmy to step down.

It's 7:35 p.m. and I still haven't gotten reception of the game on the HLN. Just the official UIC logo. I was really looking forward to seeing what this looks like, too.
Well, it was a doubleheader with the women playing first. Must have been a long game.

Now Lewis leads 21-8 with 11:18 left in the first half. UIC can neither hit nor defend the 3-point shot.

I love that I can watch it on the HL Network....hate that I have to watch them disappoint the rest of the Horizon League

If a member of UIC doesn't make the All-Newcomer team, then it will have been because UIC didn't win a game. With all the new players, at least one of them has to step up

Things have turned sour again for UIC, as Lewis has jumped back out to a 37-28 lead. The Flames are currently 2 of 17 from 3-point range.

So UIC looks like a bunch of guys that don't like to pass and take crappy shots.

Can we add Lewis to the conference now in place of UIC

It's ugly...to be honest, Lewis is a VERY good NAIA team, but they haven't even played very well tonight. This is awful, and UIC can't defend a three point shot to save their life...YUCK

My quick take: UIC has some nice size with Robbins and Green, but no one with any real offensive ability. Robo Kreps, who opened at point guard, is 1 for 9 from the field and 0 of 5 on 3's and seems wholly incapable of gaining any separation from his defender or creating his own shot.
